Each day the Berkeley-Albany YMCA makes a lasting impact on the people who come through our doors. Together, our staff and volunteers provide youth, adults and seniors with services that enhance the mind, body and spirit.

Each person’s experience at the YMCA is special. That is why we are asking you to share your Y story with us, so that we may share it with others to show them what the YMCA can really do.

Did you learn to swim at the Y? Maybe you recently moved here and made new friends through Y fitness classes. Did you decide the college path was right for you after participating in a Y education program? Or perhaps you ran a marathon or reached your goal weight after making a New Year’s resolution to train at the YMCA.
