Basic Aikido

W 7:30-9:30pm

Aikido is a dynamic and graceful martial art that trains people to move in harmony with the force of an attack and redirect the attack to throw or pin the attacker.
Aikido training builds practical self-defense skills, aerobic conditioning, flexibility, coordination,
physical confidence, and the ability to respond to conflict calmly, consciously, and creatively.
Classes are friendly, supportive, and noncompetitive. All beginners receive one-on-one personal attention from instructors and advanced students. Basic indicates emphasis on fundamentals. Beginners are welcome to join anytime.
