Support Your YMCAThe Berkeley-Albany YMCA is the largest nonprofit service organization in Berkeley and Albany, serving more than 23,000 individuals of all ages, abilities and backgrounds. Our programs engage members in strengthening not only their own minds, bodies and spirits, but in coming together as a community in support of one another. As a donor, your support of the Berkeley-Albany YMCA directly impacts the entire community. Contributions to the annual Youth & Community Support Campaign fund educational programs such as Y-Scholars and the South Berkeley YMCA Learning Academy, senior classes like Healthy Heart, developmentally appropriate physical and social activities for children with special needs, exciting adventures at summer camp, and financial assistance to families and individuals who could otherwise not afford to participate.
